AI Studio not loading

Hello,

I am trying to open the AI-studio on a MacBook (running Big Sur 11.4), but the application does not load properly. It is stuck on the loading screen (see attached screenshot). What can I do so that the application loads properly?

I tested now in same environment like you, but it worked properly. 

Could you delete and install again? And, if you are using firewall, you might need to unlock it.

I tried deleting and reinstalling with no success. I tried using the same download link on an old MacBook running high sierra (10.13.6) and the program loaded properly. Do you have any ideas on anything else I can try to get it working on the new device? The firewall is off.

Not sure, but you could allow unidentified program as below.

That did not solve the problem. I don't think it's a permissions issue, as the app opens but doesn't load. Thanks again for your help.
