Hi,
I am trying to connect Application Board 3.0 to windows 10. I have tried multiple boards, multiple PCs and multiple USB cabels. Doesn't seem to any connection. Device manager doesn't recorganize my boards at all.
When I connect first to USB, I see pgood Orange LED on. When I turn on the switch, I see RED LED on. However no response on my device manager. Could you please help me understand what I am missing.

That's weird. Can you try to do it with other laptops?
Is that company laptop, could you test it with personal laptop?

Yes tried multiple laptops and desktop as well.
So, when I was reading other threads, I noticed no one is using BME280 shuttle board with Application Board 3.0. So I am not sure if its compatible or not.
Is there anyway I would be able to test Application Board 3.0 alone without shuttle board?

Hi,
Once you connect to app3.0 with laptop, below BST board should be searched in device manager.
If not, you need to download USB driver.
Also, you can upgrade app3.0 firmware as below path.
C:\COINES\v2.7.0\firmware\app3.0\update_dd_fw.bat
After upgrade, please reset app3.0 and try it again.

Hi Minhwan,
I tried reinstalling the USB driver. No response.
I cannot upgrade the firm as I cannot see the board in my device manager.
Please see the attached images.
I have tried multiple PCs, wires and boards. Still no response.
Also curious any comment on compatibility of APP 3.0 board with BME280?

This isseu closed, figured it out that USB cable didn't work properly.
