Application Board Connection Problem

Hi

I just bought received the Application board to get the data from BMI160 shuttle board. I simply connected it to PC through USB and opened the Development Desktop software but it gives the connection error. 

I checked the Device manager, and it shows the application driver is not there. Can you please help me if I need to change any jumpers on the application board? Please see the below photo for you review.

Hi,

Please switch J107 to another side, DC_OUT_3.3V.

When PC connected success, LED as bellow photo will light on.
