BHI160, BME280, BMM150 using accelerometer, Gyro raw data/temp/pressure/humidity and Activity detect
Till now we have been using sensor complex to return
VS_TYPE_ACCELEROMETER, VS_TYPE_GYROSCOPE, VS_TYPE_LINEAR_ACCELERATION, VS_TYPE_ORIENTATION @100Hz
Accelerometer range has been set to 16g and Gyro/Accel axis have been remapped!!!!
VS_TYPE_PRESSURE, VS_TYPE_RELATIVE_HUMIDITY, VS_TYPE_TEMPERATURE @ 1Hz
Then we have using off board analytics. This all worked well for us.
I have just now enabled the following virtual sensors and am seeing events.
VS_TYPE_STEP_DETECTOR, VS_TYPE_STEP_COUNTER, VS_TYPE_ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION @1Hz
Will these last three virtual sensors work OK with the remapping of axis, sample rates and range changes for the other sensors; or does using Gyros, Accelerometers as we do forbid us from using these last sensors.
Are the algorithms for the activity recognition, step counting described anywhere; I struggle to find any documentation.

Step-counter, step-detector and activity will keep working as expected with range and remapping changes.
