BHI260AB SDK location

I am trying to setup my development environment as per the BHI260AB-BHA260AB programmers manual and BHI260AB-BHA260AB SDK Quick Start guide.

Both of these documents refer to an SDK for these devices (the quick start guide refers to it as BHI260_SDK_V1.0.6_Install.exe), however neither document has any information on wher to find the SDK. I have searched the Bosch sensortec site and more widely and the only reference I can find back to the above documents.

Does anyone know where I can locate this SDK? 

I have located and installed the ARC GNU compiler tools also referred to in the documents.

What is the digital resolution of  BHI260AB?? What is the smallest lenght we can measure with it?
