BHI260AB & BHI260AP have the exact same pinout. Can I program the BHI260AP with BSX 4.0 fusion?

Hi,

I plan to use the BHI260AB in an end product, but for development purposes there's no Shuttle Board 3.0 with the BHI260AB on it, only the BHI260AP. 

As BHI260AB & BHI260AP have the exact same pinout, I suspect they have very similar internals. Both chips are user programmable.

Can I program the BHI260AP with the same BSX 4.0 fusion that runs on the BHI260AB in order to test the performance of the sensor fusion?

You can contact the official distributor to get BHI260AB shuttle board 3.0 as your end product will use BHI260AB.

The hardware of BHI260AB and BHI260AP are very close, but the firmware cannot be used with each other.

Yes, you can test the performance of Bsx on BHI260AP .
