BHI260AP Firmware for Flash+AK09915 Magnetometer

Is any firmware available, or planned to be available for the BHI260AP, running in non-turbo mode, from an external flash, integrated with the AK09915 magnetometer?

This firmware existed for BHI260AB, named Bosch_SHUTTLE_BHI260_AK09915-flash.fw. The datasheet for BHI260AP indicates that the AK09915 is compatible with it. Does such firmware for BHI260AP exist somewhere? If not, will it be available at some point in the future?

The currently released BHI260AP firmware supports the BMM150. Did you design a project with BHI260AP and except to support AK09915?

Not exactly. We originally designed a project with BHI260AB, expecting support for the AK09915 magnetometer, which we found. Our vendor asked us to change our PO from BHI260AB to BHI260AP.

With that said, the datasheet for BHI260AP has the exact same 7 references to AK09915 that the datasheet for BHI260AB has. This initially led us to believe that it is possible to use BHI260AP with the AK09915 magnetometer, if not supported in the exact same manner that we found support for in the case of interfacing AK09915 from the BHI260AB.

You could download BHI260AP SDK from https://www.bosch-sensortec.com/products/smart-sensors/bhi260ap/, and modify SDK configuration file to generate new firmware to support AK09915.
