BHI260AP operating voltage

Dear Bosch community,

I would like to know if it possible to operate the BHI260AP at 3.3V.

The operating range for the VDD is declared to be until 3.6V, but the VDDIO is until 1.89V. So how would it be possible to operate it only with 3.3V in case?

Hi Gianlucamilani,

The maximum working voltage of VDDIO domain is 1.89v, and 3.3V cannot be used.

VDDIO can use 1.8V power supply and VDD can use 3.3V power supply. If your host MCU uses 3.3V power supply, the connection between the host MCU and the BHI260AP requires bidirectional level conversion. If your host MCU uses 1.8V power supply, there is no need for level conversion.
