    BM680 SENSOR, VOC RESULT GETTING PROBLEM

    I already import in BSEC library in my code. (platform:IDE: Simplicity StudioMCU: EFM32LG332F128G-F-QFP64). However, after execute the "bsec_do_steps" routine, no VOC output result is found. The result is attached. (Remark: NO sensor id = '4' ,BSEC_OUTPUT_BREATH_VOC_EQUIVALENT)

    I use the config. of bsec_33V_3s_4d (bsec_serialized_configurations_iaq.c). Any special setting to initial that function?

    I have already wait it for more than 1 hour, put the accuracy still keep to zero.

    Hello hihith, 

     

    I found that your gas value didn't change at all. 

    It means that you don't get proper gas value. 

    IAQ should be generated when you can get gas value. 

    Could you upload your source code?

    The BSEC output log is not too much help on this situation now. 

    Can you provide the source code in the ticket as well as the raw data log when you call the BSEC_do_step?  

    I also want to see the time stamp value you used for each do step call.
