We use BMA253 in our product, use I2C interface,when power on , MCU output hgih level in SCLpin, but SCL always low , and the MCU cannot communicate with BMA253, and I want to know why? And what I can do?

PB10/11 can run in I2C mode, we have used 100pcs BMA253, 4 pcs BMA253 SCL can not pull high, always low, not stable .

Sorry, I haven't BMA250 datasheet.
From our lateset BMA2x2 API Link, https://github.com/BoschSensortec/BMA2x2_driver, this driver support BMA250E and BMA253.
So I think there no much difference bewteen BMA250E and BMA253.
BMA253 chip id is 0xFA, what's BMA250 chip id? Please confirm this.

Sorry, I need confirm some cases.
96 pcs BMA253 result, are these all run success(SCL and SDA high level, I2C communication ok) ?
4 pcs BMA253 SCL pin always low level voltage?
