BMA400 FIFO Watermark Question

Back on the BMA400 FIFO, and this might seem like a strange question but...

When using the FIFO watermark feature of the BMA400 accelorometer, it does stop filling at the watermark? I pretty sure it does but, I can't quite provide it...

Hello Kmoore, 

No, even though FIFO reaches to watermark level and you don't read FIFO, it can be overflowed. 

Please check FIFO part in datasheet. (P.30 )

Hello Kmoore,

FIFO will be filled continuously. For example 50 Hz ODR, FIFO will be filled every 20 ms.

Your could read out FIFO length value to check it.
