BMA400 generic interrupt logical combination

Is the BMA400 datasheet wrong about the GEN1 / GEN2 logical combination bit?

When I experiment with the BMA400 shuttle board and Development Desktop 2.0, I find these inconsistencies:

Register 0x40, page 86, and 0x4B, page 92

gen1/2_comb_sel:

0x00 = logical OR    << in reality, 0x00 requires ALL enabled axes to comply (logical AND/all)

0x01 = logical AND  << in reality, 0x01 requires AT LEAST ONE of the enabled axes to comply (logical OR/any)

Can anyone confirm this?

There were example configuration for your reference.You could try it.

Interrupt threshold reference X/Y/Z: ignored since reference update mode is selected for every time.

GEN1 for any motion:

GEN2 for no motion:

"Every time" mode seems fine. 

I am using "manual" and "one time" modes.  You try it and tell me what you see.

"All Axes" : interrupt fires if X or Y is close to 0.

"Any Axes" :  interrupt fires if X and Y are both close to 0.  

These are backwards.
