My company is considering integrating the BMA490L into our product. May I know if there is any data on the estimated service life and annualised failure rates on it?

What about warranty period?

L means longivity parts.  

So BMA490L will be serve to market at least 10 years.  

FIT data of sensor is protected by NDA,  so you need contact your local BST FAE to get such data after you sign the NDA. 

BMA490L is consumer level product,  warranty is normal 1 year after purchase.
