BME 680 VOC,IAQ and SIAQ

Hi

 I am use your sensor BME680 with ESP32 but i have any problems with the meditions beacouse i think that dont run correctly, i put the sensor in officeroom and when the offece room is free VOC,IAQ and SIAQ take high values, but when some people go inside the office room this  variables take low values. My impression is that the sensor work the other way around, this is possible?

 look at the graphics, when produce this peak aproximadly when go out the offic and the final of grapichs when it comes down, we go in the office

when i tested the sensor 8h air conditioner was on and the 16h next off
