BME 688 I cannot find raw data on SD card

Finally I could solve the problem. 

I tried another micro-SD card, and that seems good. There were not any error in teraterm and I could find raw data in micro-SD card.

Good news. Thank for your update.

The BME688 dev kit comes with micro-SD card. Do you mean that you can use it normally after changing another micro-SD card?
