BME AI Studio installed but not working

Hello everyone !

I am currently playing with Bosch BME688 gas sensor. I have installed BME AI studio on my windows PC using the zipped file available here : https://www.bosch-sensortec.com/software-tools/software/bme688-software/

After unzipping the file, it shows BME AI studio as an Application in the folder BME AI-Studio-1.6.0-win. When I am running this application, it shows that application is loading. But it is not starting at all. Am I missing some steps in between for installation ?

No more steps. It should be straight forward. 

Did you try to run it with administrator right? 

Any firewall program? By the way, we are using Win 10.

Thanks for your answer. I am running it with administration rights. I am running it on Windows 10. After downloading, there is no .exe (executable file) in the BME AI-studio-1.6.0-win folder. BME AI studio is there as an application. When I am trying to run this application, it says "loading application" but it doesnot open.

I downloaded win version AI studio, and I could see exe file in BME AI-Studio-1.6.0-win folder. 

Please download again.

Hi Minhwan !

I downloaded the zipped file bme_ai-studio-1-6-0-win.zip again. In the zipped file, I can see BME AI-Studio.exe file inside the folder BME AI-Studio-1.6.0-win. But when I unzipped the folder into my Windows 10 PC, this .exe file was no longer available. It got converted into a fully installed application. When I am running this application, it says "Loading Application" and it does not open. Did you unzip your downloaded zipped file ? If not, then please unzip it in the Windows PC and let me know if you can see .exe file after unzipping it.
