Hello,
is the Sensor tested for EMC (electromagnetic compatibility)? If yes, at whitch frequency ranges was the sensor tested?
Can the Sensor be assigned an IP- or IK protection class? (IP-protection againt dust and moisture / IK-shock resistance as written in DIN EN 60529 and IEC 62262)
Can you assign the Sesnor to a contamination level? (as written in IEC 60664-1 und IEC 61010-1) (Level 1-4)
Pollution degree 1: no or only slight, but non-conductive pollution. Pollution has no effect. Can also be achieved by insulating material coating
Pollution degree 2: non-conductive pollution caused by occasional condensation (dew formation) or e.g. B. hand sweat can become conductive.
Pollution degree 3: Pollution that is conductive or can become conductive through condensation.
Pollution degree 4: conductive dust, rain or moisture.
I would be very happy about an answer.

Hi paul2,
Some of the information could be found in BME280 data sheet.
If you need to know the information out of BME280 data sheet, please contact your local FAE from BST. Those data are protected by NDA. You need to sign it first.
