BME280 Humidity Reading

I am reading the BME280 humidity and it is always stuck at 100%. The reading for temperature and pressure seems fine.  I have made 5 pcs of PCB with BME280 and all are the same.  Does anyone encounter this issue before?  Any solution?

Was the PCB washed after assembly ?

Because of the hole in the package, washing is not allowed and can damage the sensor.

 It seems that the humidity sensor was not turned on. When setting the sensor, please make sure you first set ctrl_hum to turn on the humidity sensor, and then set set ctrl_meas to turn on pressure sensor and temperature sensor.

 In this way, you can see changes to the three sensor data outputs become effective.
