BME280 chemical resistance and heater embedded

Hello!
I would like to know if there is any study about chemical compounds causing offset to the BME280 and if it has a heater embedded on it.
In case of negative answer for both, there is another Bosch Sensortec humidity sensor with those characteristics?

BME280 has no heater inside .You can consider  BME680 which has a heater embedded .
