BME280 measuring principle

Hei,

we deploy a number of BME280 pressure, humidity and air temperature sensors for meteorological measurements. Neither from the datasheet, nor from your homepage I can specify the measurement principle of the BME280 for all three variables. It is only stated "The BME280 is as combined digital humidity, pressure and temperature sensor based on proven sensing principles." in the manual. It would be of high value for us to get this information.

The specific details are confidential, but the BME280 uses the following measurement principles:

Temperature : diode voltage

Pressure : resistive

Humidity : capacitive

Note that the actual measuring principle behind the sensor doesn't really dictate performance.
