BME280 sensor with inconsistent humidity data

Hello,

I work with weather station manufacturing and I am encountering difficulties with the BME280 sensors, because in some cases the sensor has wrong humidity levels when exposed to outdoor environments. The entire manufacturing process is carried out indoors, but the installation in customers is done in an open environment, and some sensors when exposed to the external environment have wrong humidity levels, reaching 100% humidity during the night, and with another calibrated device or even with another sensor installed in another station, the humidity is around approximately 90%. I would like to know how I could perform sensor calibration procedures or if there is any method to prevent this from happening. Remembering that it happens in a small percentage of sensors that we install in our stations, the vast majority mark correct levels.  Below I send images of how the installation of the sensor and the weather station is done. The sensor is soldered onto an electronic board and connected to the ESP32 module that interprets the data. The sensor is inside a filter, which in turn is inside a shelter so as not to get wet, but which allows temperature and humidity readings to be taken.
