I was looking through the manual and it didnt have any specifications on that. I know it outputs resistance values but with the BSEC library, it is able to give CO2 equivalents and bVOC equivalents in ppm. Some places mentioned that the lowest it can go is 1 ppm tVOC but it still picks up readings from some of the lab testing I have done at around 25 ppb methanol. Just wondering what the lower and upper detection limits are.

Hi,
Thanks for your inquiry.
BME680 gas sensor is a relative sensor to detect TVOC (total VOC). It also can detect wider range of different gases as shown below within two vertical outer red lines.
Thanks.

currently im working on BMe 680 sensor i configured all these parameters directly I'm reading the all registers but i dont know how to configure Co2 equivalent,IAQ,IAQpercentage can please tell how can I get all these equivalent in ppm and all ,please can anyone suggest me for getting out these values

Hi,
Welcome back. You can use BSEC library at https://www.bosch-sensortec.com/software-tools/software/bme680-software-bsec/ in order to get the outputs of equivalent CO2 concentration, IAQ, total VOC, etc. values.
Thanks.
