Why is accuracy increasing incrementally on the BME680 Development Desktop? Where is it written on the data sheet?

Also, can BME680 and BME688 measure methane gas or ammonia?

Regarding the changes in accuracy values, you can refer to the description in the integration documentation, if you downloaded the BSEC software from https://www.bosch-sensortec.com/software-tools/software/bme688-software.

The BME688 hardware supports the detection of methane and ammonia, but software testing is required to test the performance of the detection.
