BME680 IAQ and Temperature in an enclosed space

Hey,

I am working on an application that uses a BME680 in a small enclosed chamber (approx 1 square inch). There is a processor close that is also generating heat.
Using the BME680 in LP mode, I have noticed that the temperature in the chamber increases (As detected by another sensor) compared to the same setup without using a BME680.
Given that the temperature in the chamber is increasing:
1) Will the IAQ rating be accurate? I believe this rating takes into account the detected temperature and humidity, which will be inaccurate due to the increased temperature in the chamber.
2) Is there a way to reduce the temperature effect that the BME680 is causing while still periodically sampling temperature, humidity, pressure, IAQ and volatiles?

Using the BSEC library, what specifically causes/changes the amount of heat generated by the BME680?

Is there a proposed solution for taking accurate IAQ readings in a small enclosed space?

In your enclosed chamber (approx 1 square inch), is it just the temperature and humidity that will change?

There are holes to allow for air to pass into the chamber so that the Air can be sampled for Air Quality changes.

1 Additional question: Does setting the temperature offset use the offset temperature when calculating the IAQ?

What is the distance between BME680 and processor? And do you know the temperature of processor when processor works?

The processor is a few centimeters away from the BME680 and can run at 40 degrees celcius. My main concern is that this heat will cause an effect on the IAQ reading.
