BME680 Marking

Hello! I have two questions about the marking of the BME680 (datasheet page 49):

Specifically about the product number "T". Is it possible to order just BME680 sensors with the product number "S" or just with the product number "E". Or ist it more likely that the product number varies from order to order (first reel with "S" and perhaps second reel with "E")?

What is the difference between the part number 0 273 141 229 and 0 273 141 312?
