handytech - is there any solution ?
You told sometime ago that your experts "have found the root-cause for this behavior as well as how to solve it".
But this was some weeks ago... (if I remember right).
I had to restart my sensor - and all the collected calibration was lost again 😞
Apologies for the duration of the process, which is still ongoing.
I am expecting the latest status update by the end of the week, and will post here on Friday any news I receive.
Based on the current status, we expect the new release to be available during calendar week 15. I will let you know if there is any update in the meantime.
