BME688 - BME AI Studio - SD card Error

While configuring BME688 Development kit, Come across this error while connecting BME AI Mobile app with BME688 Sensor development kit board and Huzzah32 feather board.  The Mobile app throws error : "There seems to be a problem with SD Card"   (Attached screenshot)

The SD card seems  good with all checks done without any issue. The SD card is 8 GB with FAT32/NTFS  format (Tried both) with .bmeconfig  file . 

Software versions are as follows: 

1. bme_ai_studio_desktop_v2-3-2_win

2. bme688_development_kit_software_v2-1-4

3. bme_ai_studio_mobile_app_v2-4-16_apk

Any reason for this error and how to fix this.

By  trying different SD card, the issue gets resolved.

However the  same old SD card works perfect with Windows / Linux machines and also with  BME AI development kit with simple  ESP32 application to read / write SD card.  Hence there seems to be problem with flashed    "bme688_development_kit_software_v2-1-4"...

Please suggest permanent solution.

One question I have is did you purchase your BME688 Dev. Board separately to your HUZZAH32 or did you attain the fully assembled and pre-programmed Bosch BME688 Development Board Kit which comes with preconfigured components? If you've purchased your components separately, what procedure did you take to program and configure all your newly purchased components (e.g., the HUZZAH32 and the MicroSD cards)? Additionally, what formatting type for your SD card have you utilized; and wouldn't formatting the SD cards a certain way limit the amount of storage per file which could hinder functionality of the Bosch BME688 development kit when sampling and collecting data for algorithm creation?

Hello,

We purchased boards  seperately.

1. Format SD card  (FAT32)

2. Download and Install BME AI Desktop app v2.3.2  on desktop from   (https://www.bosch-sensortec.com/software-tools/software/bme688-software/)

3. Download and Install  BME688 Development Kit Software v2.1.4 on desktop  from above link

4. connect  Board assembly to laptop and flash BME688 dev. kit software using flash.bat. on HUZZAH32 board

5. Create .bmeconfig file using BME AI Desktop app and copy .bmeconfig file to SD card.

6. Install BME AI mobile app from above link ( BME AI-Studio Mobile App Download v2.4.16 (Android apk)). This is to connect it to HW board using BT.
