I have a BME688 shuttle board and I am evaluating the duty cycle to use and, since I have no power limits for the moment, I was considering the possibility of using Continuous mode (RDC-1-0 Continuous). Somewhere I read that it is not recommended to use this mode for long periods of time due to overheating of the sensors. It's true? If so, what is meant for long periods? Hours, days or what?
Thanks

Hi Wololooo,
We do not recommend using continuous mode in the final product. If you need to record data or do tests, you can use the continuous mode. When the temperature exceeds 60°, you must stop using it to prevent the chip from burning out at a higher temperature.
