I am thinking of an item that detects the presence or absence of feces.
This is why I knew I really needed the BME688 Dev-Kit.
I have two questions:
1. I am curious about how much difference there is in accuracy when one kit is trained for 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days, and 7 days, respectively.
2. I am curious about the measurement period. (The period I was thinking of was Test Day 7.)
2-1 Since stool is decomposed, do I need to measure it continuously for 7 days with one kit?
2-2 In other cases, do I need to measure separately on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th days?

Hi kyusanglee,
Thanks for your inquiry.
Before training with BME688 data, record the data for at least 30 minutes. The time of data recording needs to be determined based on changes in the target gas. For example, it is more appropriate to use 30 minutes to 1 hour to record data on baby feces in diapers, as the odor of feces can evaporate.
For your application, it is necessary to consider the decay and volatilization of feces based on your actual environment to choose an appropriate measurement time.
