BME688 Flash.bat not working

Using 1.5.5

I have followed all the steps in the flyer, and flash.bat says it cannot find the device on COM10. Arduino can find the device on COM10 with no problems, Windows can find the device on COM10 with no problems, it's just YOUR setup that cannot find the device on COM10. 
I can upload to the Huzzah with no problems on COM10. Tested on 3 DIFFERENT systems with EXACTLY the same results.

Any solution other than returning this ALPHA release of hardware/software.

When you insert the BME688 dev kit into the PC, what does the device manager display?

On my PC(COM7):

I get COM10 on one computer, and COM5 on the other computer. I've also attached the error message.

You should input COM10, not 10. Please try it again.
