BME688 individual Gases data with ESP32

Hello, We are developing a product based on BME688 for Indoor Air Quality with ESP32 controller. Can I get VOC, VSC and other gases data separately individual values. Also I want data of SO2, NO2, CO or any gases data separately if possible.  @BSTRobin

Can I put BME688 in sleep mode or sensor should have to run 24X7? After Sleep mode Burn in time necessary or it can read real time values. 
How many Burn in time you suggest with ESP32 after power it on?
