Please I would like to measure the concentration of the ozone gas in my system using BME688, is it possible?

The ozone concentration range is very low (10 - 60 ppb).

Hi Cherif89,

BME688 can't detect ozone concentration with range (10 - 60 ppb).
If the ozone concentration is too low, it will not be detected. If the ozone concentration is too high, such as more than 150 ppb, it will cause oxidation reaction far greater than reduction. It will be considered as clean air by the sensor.
