BMI088 Bias Instability and Alignment errors not specified in the datasheet

Hello! I am a software engineer and currently we are doing a market analysis on the available MEMS-IMUs on the market. Currently I am evaluating BMI088 IMU and I am missing some technical parameters from the data sheet. I need to learn the Bias Instability term for accelerometer and gyroscope of the IMU and the misalignment term for the gyroscope. Could you please support me on this issue?

Can you specify if the quoted 2 deg/hr gyroscope bias instability and the 30 ug accelerometer bias instability are 1-sigma or 3-sigma values?
