BMI088 : Max Survivable Vibration/Shock Specs

I'm looking for a mechanical survivability spec for shock/vibration for the MEMs sensors offered by Bosch, and was wondering if this information is available somewhere?

Specifically interested in the BMI088 sensor. Would this information be available somewhere?
