BMI270 IMU Construction and Testing

Has anyone done a construction analysis or any testing of the BMI270 IMU or similar part?  I am looking for details on the part's construction.  If tested, how were the parts tested?

I am unable to share this information.  I am looking for how to do verification testing.  This may be done under different thermal environments.  I need to know something of the internal construction and also how to test the part.

Those documents do not provide what I need.  I will use other means to obtain what I need.  Consider this thread closed.
