With this gyro self-test is failing:

If this is replaced with https://github.com/BoschSensortec/BMI270-Sensor-API/blob/master/bmi270.c, self test passes:

We have machines in field with this bmi270_config_file and we have some issues with gyro (sometimes wrong values are reported). Can you please check if this issue can be due to this config ? We are using it because we don't need any guestures, wrist detection, etc... and driver init is much faster with this config

config was taken about 2 years ago from this source: BMI270-Sensor-API/bmi270_maximum_fifo.c at master · boschsensortec/BMI270-Sensor-API · GitHub

Hi Joma,

This minimum firmware version only supports reading accel, gyro RAW data and FIFO data, and does not support gyro self test, only support acc self test.
