What is the current consumption at VDDIO of BMI270 if VDD is 0?
The reason I want to find out is that my device needs to consume the absolute minimum power. The 3uA at suspend mode is still a little too high. So in the design I turn off power supply to BMI270. However the SPI bus is still connected and there will be traffice inteneded for other device on that SPI bus. The datasheet said if VDDIO is 0, all signal pins should also be grounded. I wonder if I keep supply to VDDIO, but not VDD, will the BMI270 consume less than 3uA?
We didn't do the test which enable only VDDIO and disable VDD, because the sensor is not working properly at this time.
Could we know more information about your application as you described 3uA at suspend mode is still a little too high?
If your application only need accel, the current consumption of BMA400 can be as low as 0.85uA.
