Hi,
we use the BMM150 to detect a sporadic changing magnetic field from a permanent magnet. We use the raw-data to detect the changing field.
We do not work with the absolute value or temperature compensation.
The enviorement temperature is about 85°C(+/-3), thus on the defined temperature limit of the sensor.
Is it critical to use the sensor at this temperature (electrical damage) or does higher temperature primary affect the temperature compensation of the sensor (functional limitation)?
Thank You
Best regards
Hello Kushbert,
Is the ambient temperature of 85°C(+/-3) tested only or will it actually work at this temperature?
Hello BSTRobin,
no 85°C(+/-3) is the permanent operating temperature....
Hello Kushbert,
The sensor works at the temperature you need. Have you finished your detection?
