BMP280 Body marking unmatched with datasheet

We have BMP280 in hand , while find the last letter of body marking is "L", but info from datasheet shows it should be "S" or "M", also different substrate design were found , please help us to identify this issue.

Parts were bought from our local vendor, which is confidential info aganist our contract, therefore I can not provide as for now ,

From your sensor marking, you part is BMP285 that is not in production.

Hi, I also noticed this.

I bought some BMP280 sensors from

https://www.reichelt.de/de/de/entwicklerboards-temperatur-und-drucksensor-bmp280-debo-bmp280-p266034...

with markings "KU" and "KP". Are these valid sensors from Bosch? What does U and P mean? Should one combine U and P sensors in a sensor array?
