BMP280 Body marking unmatched with datasheet

We have BMP280 in hand , while find the last letter of body marking is "L", but info from datasheet shows it should be "S" or "M", also different substrate design were found , please help us to identify this issue.

As your sensor part was not bought from official distributor, you can check it with reichelt the sensor on board is BMP280?

I am pretty sure they are BMP280, because I already use them. They work using the C API provided by Bosch.
