We have a question concerning the Bosch BMP280 barometric pressor sensor.
In the datasheet there is a start-up time with 2ms specified.
The first communication command is the poll the chip id from the Bosch BMP280 via SPI.
In fact we have times up to 1000ms until the Sensor answers the reading of the id register.
We have examined the voltage curves at startup, and they are stable.
Have you an explanation for this issue. Is start up time equivalent to be ready to answer over SPI.
Are there over constraints or information we must take care about?

Hi amay,
What are the states of the MISO, MOSI, SCK and CS lines during the power on. Could you also additionally poll periodically starting at 10ms after power on and check when exactly the device is alive?
