Hi,
We have built 50 prototypes that has BMP280 in it to measure temperature and pressure. However, we discovered upon testing that 3 out of 50 devices shows incorrect pressure values (seen in the bottom right image). They all seem to be following the temperature pattern. Any help on what I could be doing wrong? They are all running the same firmware. All the devices seems to be reporting correct temperature value.

Hello mdmobashir,
From your data in picture, the BMP280 pressure value has a drift greater than 10hPa, which is very bigger than the range in the data sheet.
1. Check your hardware welding. If it is manual welding, you can reweld it and try it again;
2. In addition, is there any difference in your test environment? For example, the wind is blowing.

Thanks for the quick response. Really appreciate.
1. Let me confirm the welding. The strange observation was why pressure was following the pattern/changes or temperature value
2. All the devices are kept indoor on the same cabinet. I would assume that there should be minimal changes to the sensor value.

Hello mdmobashir,
You are welcome.
You could have a try the welding and give feedback.

Hi,
Can you share what do you mean by welding? Should I resolder? Which part of the module should I resolder? I have attached imade for reference.
