BMP388 & ethylene oxide

Hello,

We use your BMP388 pressure sensor for a medical device that will need to be sterilized.

One of the sterilization steps will expose the sensor to ethylene oxide, we would like to know if any of the

sensor materials could ignite on contact with this gas?

Although we typically wouldn't expect that the BMP388 could ignite on contact with ethylene oxide, this specifc use-case was never fully tested, therefore we cannot support such a requirement nor guarantee that the sensor wouldn't ignite under any circumstances.
