BMP585 out of range pressure value

Hi,

I am testing a BMP585 sensor and am consistently out of range values for the pressure. After a conversion, the pressure MSB register (0x22) is always  0xFF. This occurs in all modes (forced, normal) and any OSR setting. The temperature value is correct however. What could cause this to happen?

EDIT: We have tested 2 more BMP585s and are receiving correct pressure values from them, so this confirms the issue is not software related.

Did you solder BMP585 on your own PCB or you test BMP585 on Bosch shuttle board? In any case please send a private message to me with your company name and physical address and your company email address. We will then contact you and locate a local FAE to support you further. We may need you to ship the whole PCB to us so that we can investigate what went wrong with that BMP585.
