BNO055 BSX 3 vs BMI160 and BMM150 BSX Full
I would like to use 9 axis Accelerometer,Gyroscope and Magnetometer for VR/Motion capture.
Should i go with BNO055 BSX 3 or individula sensors with BSX Full?
Does individual sensors give better readings and fusion? Is Bsx 3 included with BNO055 same as BSX Full?

BNO055 is running BSX3 Full inside. But it consumes about 13mA and may not be suitable for your VR application. Running BSX3 Full for 9-axis individual senosrs will have the same or similar performance as BNO055.
For your VR application, the first choice could be BHI260AB + BMM150 two-chip solution. BHI260AB has BSX4 Full running inside to output up to 800Hz sensor fusion results such as quaternions, Euler angles, linear acceleration and gravity vector.
The second choice could be BHI160B + BMM150 two-chip solution. BHI160B has BSX3 Full running inside to output up to 200Hz sensor fusion results.
BHI260AB and BHI160B are so called smart sensor hub. They can take care of other external sensors that are connected to their secondary interface. Therefore, your host can just focus on its main tasks. All the sensors' calibration and fusion are handled inside these smart sensors to save your host's resource.
