I can not get the data of the magnetometer from the IMU-BNO055,I can get the output from accelerometer and gyroscope but not the magnetometer.

, they mention software that I don't know where to get from, it seems like the video info is outdated.

The software used in that Youtube video clip is so called Development Desktop 2.0 (DD2.0) that can be downloaded online at https://www.bosch-sensortec.com/software-tools/tools/development-desktop-software/. If you have APP3.0 base board at https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Bosch-Sensortec/Application-Board-3.0?qs=sGAEpiMZZMuqBwn8WqcFUi... and BNO055 shuttle board 3.0 at https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/bosch-sensortec/SHUTTLE-BOARD-3-0-BNO055/14617547, then you can use DD2.0 SW to work with the above eval. boards.
BNO055 is very easy to use and you should be able to get data from accel, gyro and magnetometer and sensor fusion results such as Euler angles, quaternions, etc. Please refer to Arduino BNO055 page at https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-bno055-absolute-orientation-sensor/arduino-code?view=all for more information.
