BNO055 Working principle: capacitive or peizoresistive?

Hello,

I'm writing a thesis where I use the BNO055 to collect movement data. I was wondering whether the MEMS Sensors in the accelerometer and the gyro work with the capacitive or peizoresistive principle and I didn't find that information in the data sheet.
