BNO055 firmware

The BNO055 I am testing with has firmware version 3.11 but I have seen references to at least version 3.14 here, how do I get these newer versions?

Are there release notes for these new software versions?

I would like to know what later firmware is available for BNO055 and what changes there are in those newer versions.

I have read in another message that there is a version 3.14 which implements an interrupt when the data is ready to be read from the BNO055, I think that would probably be a very useful for me as I get a lot of retries on the UART interface, presumably because it is busy when I send data to it. Knowing when it is ready would probably improve things a lot.

Is it possible to get this 3.14 software? How do I download it to my device?
