BSEC algorithm sampling rate is not accurate

I am currently evaluating the BME680 shuttle board 3.0 with the development desktop 2.0 software. 

As soon as I plug in the application board togher with bme680 shuttle board, connect it to development desktop 2.0 software and start streaming I can see a pop-up window which shows that my IAQ Index is excellent. Around 30 seconds later a new pop-up window appears, which display the following message: 

Due to system load, frequency of BSEC algorithm sampling rate is not accurate.

I chose the Low Power Mode in development desktop 2.0 software and didn't change any other default settings. 

I attached a screenshot. I closed all other tasks and tried the same starting process several times but nothing helps. 

My operating system is Windows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1, and 64 bit. 

Do you know this error and have a solution for me how to handle this error?
