BSEC without bsec_iot_loop() function

Hi,

I’m using the BME680 with the BSEC library.
In the provided examples, the endless loop in the bsec_iot_loop() function is used in the main code to query sensor settings, apply them, and process the measured data.

Since my application has other work to do during BME680 measurement, how can I do it if the code is stuck in an infinite loop?

Is there another way to get BME680 measurement without running the bsec_iot_loop() ?

bsec_iot_loop function is kindly example function to get data. 

As far as I understand, your question is pretty much general MCU control. 

I'd say that you might use timer instead of infinite for loop.
